These Terms govern memberships, class packages, reservations, purchases, participation, and communications
offered by Core Collective Studio (“Core Collective,” “Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using Studio
services, you agree to these Terms.
- Memberships & Class Packages
Memberships and class packages are for the individual purchaser and may not be shared or transferred unless
approved by Core Collective. Benefits, class allowances, expiration dates, and pricing are determined by the option
purchased at enrollment. - Payments & Automatic Renewal
Recurring memberships will be charged to the payment method on file according to the billing schedule selected at
enrollment. Clients are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Processed fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. - 30-Day Membership Cancellation Policy
To cancel a recurring membership, the member must provide Core Collective Studio with at least 30 days’ notice
before the requested cancellation effective date. The member remains responsible for any regularly scheduled
membership payment that becomes due during the 30-day notice period. Stopping attendance, removing a payment method, or verbally informing an instructor does not by itself constitute a completed cancellation. - Reservations, Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients are responsible for managing reservations through the Studio’s designated booking system. A client who does not attend a reserved class and does not properly cancel will be considered a no-show and charged a $25 no-show fee to the payment method on file. A no-show may also result in loss of the applicable class credit when permitted by the membership or package terms. - SMS/MMS Messaging Terms
Core Collective Studio may offer an optional SMS/MMS messaging program for clients who expressly opt in. Messages may include class and reservation reminders, waitlist notices, schedule changes, membership or account information, Studio updates, and promotional or marketing messages consistent with the consent provided.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or unsubscribe from
recurring text messages. Reply HELP for help. After an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Core Collective Studio. - SMS Consent & Eligibility
You represent that the mobile number you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number. SMS consent must be provided separately and voluntarily and is not bundled with acceptance of these general Terms. Your acceptance of these Terms alone does not enroll you in marketing text messages. - Mobile Information & Third-Party Marketing
Mobile information and text-message opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Core Collective may use service providers, including communications technology providers, solely as necessary to deliver messaging services on our behalf, subject to applicable privacy and contractual protections. - Messaging Availability
Wireless carriers and messaging providers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by carrier availability, device settings, network conditions, or other circumstances outside Core Collective’s control. Core Collective may modify or discontinue a messaging program subject to applicable law. - Waitlists & Late Arrivals
Clients joining a waitlist are responsible for monitoring booking notifications. Once confirmed into a class, applicable cancellation and no-show policies may apply. Late arrivals may be denied entry when necessary for safety or to avoid disruption. - Health & Participation
Clients are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate and should disclose relevant
injuries, limitations, pregnancy, recent surgery, or circumstances requiring modifications. Studio instructors do not
provide medical diagnosis or treatment. - Assumption of Risk
Physical exercise, including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, strength training, and related activities, involves inherent
risks. Participation may require completion of a separate Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Informed
Consent Agreement. - Studio Conduct & Equipment
Clients must treat instructors, staff, other clients, equipment, and Studio property respectfully. Unsafe, threatening, abusive, harassing, or intentionally destructive conduct may result in removal, suspension, or termination of access. - Refunds & Closures
Except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing, memberships, packages, classes, merchandise, and other purchases are non-refundable. Core Collective may modify or cancel classes or temporarily close because of weather, emergencies, maintenance, holidays, staffing, or other operational circumstances. - Privacy
Use of personal information, including information associated with our messaging program, is governed by the Core Collective Studio Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be made publicly available on the Core Collective Studio website. - Changes to These Terms
Core Collective may update these Terms periodically. Material changes may be communicated by email, the booking platform, website notice, Studio notice, or another reasonable method. - Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. - Contact Us
