PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: ____________________
Core Collective Studio (“Core Collective,” “Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy
explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase
or book services, communicate with us, or participate in our programs.

  1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, mobile telephone number, mailing or billing information, date of birth or age information, emergency contact information, account credentials, class reservations, membership and purchase history, communications with the Studio, and information you voluntarily provide in forms or questionnaires. We may also receive limited health- or fitness-related information you voluntarily provide for participation, modifications, or safety. When you use our website or online services, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as IP address, browser or device information, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and cookie or similar technology data.
  2. Payment Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors or booking platforms. We may receive transaction information such as the amount, date, service purchased, and payment status. We generally do not directly store complete payment-card numbers when payment information is handled by a third-party processor.
  3. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to provide and manage memberships and classes; process reservations and
transactions; communicate about bookings, waitlists, schedule changes, memberships, purchases, policies, and Studio updates; provide customer support; maintain safety and security; prevent fraud or misuse; improve our services; comply with legal obligations; and, where permitted and consented to, send promotional communications.
  4. SMS/Text Messaging Program
If you voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Core Collective Studio, we may send SMS or MMS messages
relating to Studio services, including class or appointment reminders, reservation and waitlist notifications, account or membership information, Studio updates, and promotional messages consistent with the consent you provide.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency
may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. After
opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact Core Collective
Studio using the contact information below. We will send recurring text messages only in accordance with the consent you provide and applicable law. Consent applies to Core Collective Studio as the identified sender and is not transferable to another business.
  5. Mobile Information & SMS Consent
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text
messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or
affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers that assist us in operating and delivering our messaging program, such as communications technology providers, solely as necessary to provide messaging services on our behalf. These providers are not permitted by us to use SMS opt-in data or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
  6. Email Communications
If you provide your email address, we may use it for service-related communications and, where permitted, promotional communications. You may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those messages. Opting out of marketing communications does not necessarily stop transactional or service-related communications.
  7. Cookies & Website Technologies
Our website and service providers may use cookies, pixels, analytics technologies, or similar tools to operate the
website, remember preferences, understand website usage, improve performance, and support advertising or
marketing where applicable. Browser settings may allow you to limit certain cookies, although some website functions may not work properly if cookies are disabled.
  8. How We Share Information
Except for the specific protections applicable to mobile information and SMS opt-in data described above, we may
disclose personal information to service providers that help operate our business, including booking, payment, website hosting, email, accounting, analytics, and technology providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights or safety of Core Collective or others, in connection with a business transaction, or at your direction or with your consent.
We do not sell SMS opt-in consent or mobile information for third-party marketing or promotional purposes.
  9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information. No
website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.
  10. Data Retention
We may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and
transaction records, document messaging consent where applicable, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, satisfy
legal or accounting requirements, and protect legitimate business interests.
  11. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not intended to collect personal information directly from young children without
appropriate parent or guardian involvement. If a minor participates in Studio services, a parent or legal guardian may be required to provide information and complete applicable agreements or consents.
  12. Your Choices & Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information we maintain about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. SMS consent may be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP. You may update certain account information through our booking platform when available.
  13. Third-Party Links & Services
Our website may link to or integrate with third-party websites, social-media platforms, booking systems, payment
processors, or other services. Core Collective is not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third parties. The protections stated in this policy concerning our SMS opt-in data remain applicable to information collected by Core Collective for its messaging program.
  14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised policy will become effective when posted or on the effective date stated in the updated policy. Material changes may be communicated through reasonable additional methods when appropriate.
